As a qualified Yoga Instructor, Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist, UESCA Ultra running Coach and Running Technique Coach (The Running School); certified in Movement Optimisation (RehabU), along with years of experience competing successfully at a national and international level across running, cycling, adventure racing and triathlon events, allow me to guide you and help you reach your full potential in your sport.

I take a very individualistic approach to my athletes.
​Using a holistic approach, we first identify strengths and weaknesses, observe movement patterns and functional mechanics, and incorporate this into a tailor made training session or program.
