Running Technique Workshop
Running is a skill that we can all improve and develop.
Running SHOULD be fun and pain-free!

Join me as we breakdown optimal running patterns, learn to analyse our own running technique, investigate how we can run comfortable, injury free and potentially faster.

Too often I see athletes following a solid training program, doing all the sessions, working on strength and conditioning, eating right, sleeping well, yet they still tend to injure or their running performance has seemed to plateau.
Looking at how you move as you run (and walk), as well as how you hold yourself day to day, is key to identifying weakness, imbalances and compensations, and getting to the root of many running related injuries, and making your running more enjoyable in the long run 😊
